### 1. Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States)

*   **Returns:** Free, hassle-free 30-day returns. 

### 2. Alaska & Hawaii
*   **Shipping:** Rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
*   **Returns:** Free 30-day returns are not available for these regions. Refunds or replacements may be available exclusively for products that arrive damaged or defective.

### 3. International Orders (Rest of the World)
*   **Shipping:** Rates are calculated at checkout based on your global destination.
*   **Duties & Taxes (VAT):** All international shipments are sent **Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)**. Your country's customs office may charge local import duties, customs fees, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival. **The recipient is entirely responsible for paying these local fees to release the package from customs.**
*   **Refused Packages:** If an international delivery is refused due to unpaid local customs fees or taxes, any return shipping costs or penalty fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund.
